Blossom- The Postnatal Package
What is included
One Prenatal Session:
This session will mostly consist of getting to know you and your preferences so I can better understand what your needs may be in the postnatal period. We can talk about expectations, your goals and whatever concerns you may have about your fourth trimester.

Three Postnatal Sessions:
These sessions include infant feeding support, support with attachment and information on safe sleep (all forms) and further practical baby care. I am with you to support your rest and wellbeing by holding space for you and listening to your experience, helping to cook some nutritious meals and also offering a hand in light housework. As with all of my packages, these sessions will be tailored as I take into consideration the things that matter most to you during this time. I am also here for your partner if you have one and am very family-minded; I appreciate this time is precious for everyone in your home. These sessions will last around a couple of hours; the first of which will likely take place in the first week or two however I am here to listen to what you need and what your preferences are for your own care.

I am a phone call away if you have any pressing questions including during birth

If you have a birth partner they are welcome to join any sessions and also discuss their experience and develop on how best to support you.

Further information
I aim to make myself as available as possible during your care and understand that you may wish for support during the night. I can provide these sessions; the costs of which are determined based on whether they are additional to the three sessions already provided within the package or if you just want to make one of your already existing sessions a night visit.

The price of this package is £350. I do have some flexibility based on circumstances and I also offer payment plans so please don't feel deterred from contacting me.
